Traveling by car

From Vancouver, drive the TransCanada Highway number 1 to Horseshoe Bay where you will find the BC Ferry terminal. The ferry departs to Langdale on the Sunshine Coast approximately every two hours. Sit back and enjoy the 40 minute ferry ride through some of the most beautiful scenery on the BC Coast. If you are lucky, you may spot some interesting sea life along the way. 

Pacific Heights is located just 7 minutes from the ferry in the heart of Gibsons, BC.  From the Langdale Ferry Terminal follow Highway 101 to the intersection of Gibsons Way and North Road (first set of lights).  Turn left at the lights onto Gibsons Way.  Turn left at Crucil Road and find Steinbrunner Road two streets up.  Turn left onto Steinbrunner.  We are near the top of the street at 748 Steinbrunner Road.  Look for the Pacific Heights B&B sign over the garage door.

From Powell River, depart from the Saltery Bay terminal to Earls Cove at the top of the Sunshine Coast. From Earls Cove follow Highway 101 to Gibsons. When you arrive in Gibsons continue along Highway 101 into town. Follow this road until you reach Crucil Road (on your left). Turn left at Crucil Road and find Steinbrunner Road two streets up. Turn left onto Steinbrunner. We are near the top of the street at 748 Steinbrunner Road.

By local transit bus from Vancouver

Getting to the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal from downtown Vancouver is easy by Vancouver Transit. The 257 express or the 250 leaves from downtown Vancouver or from the Park Royal Shopping centre and drops passengers off at the ferry terminal. Once you arrive on the Sunshine Coast, the Sunshine Coast Regional District transit line can take you to the towns along the Coast. Their website provides schedule information but usually buses are waiting for passengers who are coming off the ferry. Contact them at (604) 885-3234, or 24 hour information at (604) 885-6899 or check their web site: transit@scrd.bc.ca.
